The Saints Wine was made in the Italian Vin Santo style. We've really enjoyed Vin Santo during our trips to Italy and decided to give it a try. It's made by picking the grapes after raisining begins on the vine, racking the juice right to barrel and leaving it there for 3 years without topping.
